Hold Funeral Rites for Mrs. Didlake
Funeral services for Mrs. Josephine Didlake were held Tuesday in the Belanger Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Big Meadow Cemetery.

The Rev. Francis Wieda rector of St. Francis Episcopal Church officiated.

Mrs. Didlake passed away in the Pershing General Hospital on Saturday, June 12, 1965 after a few days confinement. She was 81 years old.

Pall bearers were Messrs. T. O. McKinnon, Les Peterson, Geo. Myers, Merle Fisk, Frank Dunn, and Robert J. Storms.

Mrs Didlake was born in Brigham, Utah on Oct. 6, 1883. She was married to Henry Didlake who was Southern Pacific agent in Battle Mountain for many years. Following his death in 1951, she moved to Lovelock. Both had been prominent in the Masonic orders. He was master of the lodge in Battle Mountain and she matron of the Eastern Star chapter.

She sold her Battle Mountain home and lived on Amherst Avenue.

Her son, Albert Johnson of Canon City, Colo, and brothers, Orville Canfield, San Jose, and Henry Canfield, Lone Pine, Cal., came for the funeral.
