Angela Marie Whitley was born May 26, 1957, in Klamath Falls, Ore. She spent her school years in Marsing, Idaho, where she learned to love the outdoors. After high school Angie danced briefly with the Bob Hope Tours and went to Guam with the USO. In the early eighties she moved to Nevada and worked at the Say When Casino in McDermitt as a 21 dealer. In 1985 she married Todd Murrah; they had two children Chelsea (20) and Ryan (15). Later Angie moved to Winnemucca, dealing cards at Winners Inn. In recent years she spent time in Winnemucca and McDermitt.
Angie was a very outgoing and kind individual who loved to laugh and have a good time. Always joking around doing what she wanted to do, good or bad it's what gave her the heart she carried and shared. Mom always tried to make the best of things. No matter what it was she seemed to keep everyone satisfied. All we can say is there's nothing in the world that we could compare the quality time and wonderful memories to. She was a very loving mother and we'll miss her dearly.
Angela is survived by the father John Whitley; mother Dixie Grey, brother John Whitley and sister Debbie Goodhart. She also had aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. No services will be held.
