The following information is shared by Fred Kemmerle who compiled the records from all existing grave markers in August of 2003. The Orovada cemetery is located about 1/2 mile east of U.S. highway 95 in Orovada which is approximately 45 miles north of Winnemucca. The coordinates are 41°34'11"N latitude and -117°46'26" W longitude.
This is a relatively new cemetery with the earliest burial dating back to the 1960's. The markers were read and photographed again in June of 2007, each marker may be seen individually by clicking on the YES link.(DETharp)
